How is this different from Canva for Teams or Adobe Express?
Canva and Adobe are tools for in-house brand teams. Brandneu is built for agencies — meaning we're the only one with white-label client portals, agency-tier pricing, brand-kit-locked outputs, and native client reporting baked in.
My team uses Figma. Will Brandneu replace it?
No, and we don't want to. Figma stays your source of truth for custom design work. Brandneu replaces the output layer — generating ad variants, brand books, client portals, and reports from your Figma-defined brand systems. We integrate via the Figma API.
What AI models do you use? Can I bring my own?
We route across OpenAI, Anthropic, and image-generation providers (Replicate, fal.ai) based on the task. Enterprise customers can bring their own API keys for cost control or compliance.
How does pricing scale if I'm onboarding new clients monthly?
Each tier includes a generous client-workspace allowance (3 / 15 / 40 / unlimited). Past that, it's $29/mo per extra client — billed transparently. No “talk to sales for a quote.”
Do you support EU GDPR / are you DPA-ready?
Yes. EU data residency is available on Enterprise. We sign DPAs at Agency Pro and Enterprise tiers.
Can I white-label the billing? My clients shouldn't see Brandneu invoices.
Yes, on Enterprise — our SaaS-mode billing routes through your Stripe account. Your clients see invoices from your agency, not from us.
What happens if a client wants to leave my agency? Can I export their data?
Always. One click exports a client's brand kit (vector logo files, color systems, fonts, brand book PDF, all assets) as a portable ZIP. No lock-in.
How do I migrate from Frontify / Brandfolder / Bynder / Canva?
We have a free white-glove migration on Agency Pro and Enterprise tiers. Our team imports your brand kits, asset libraries, and client workspaces in 5 business days.
Are AI-generated assets safe to use commercially?
Yes. We use commercial-license-cleared models (DALL·E 3, Flux Pro, Imagen 3) and provide indemnification on Enterprise contracts.
